Philanthropy
HCA's giving philosophy is centered around building engagement amongst employees, while strengthening the relationships they have with each other and the communities where we live and work.
HCA provides two main ways for employees to volunteer. Through our Community Pride Fund we provide funds for employees to lead their own volunteer events supporting the causes they care about.
Through our Financial Futures program, employees can volunteer to teach financial literacy to kids and young adults in local schools and through partner organizations.
Financial Futures
In 2015, HCA partnered with Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Orange County to launch the Financial Futures volunteer program. Financial Futures is our signature corporate giving program in which employees volunteer to teach financial literacy to youth and young adults in Orange County. We recently expanded Financial Futures to Dallas and Atlanta.
Our Financial Futures program offers employees the opportunity to volunteer, individually or in groups, working directly with youth and young adults, ages 15-25, on topics like budgeting, saving, and maintaining financial stability. Financial health plays a big role in any community, and HCA is proud to champion a brighter financial future for young people across the country.
